The same line Kapazi uses in its own factory, now available to anyone who wants to produce. Machinery, supplies, and support all coming from the same place.
Ekossistema
Seven pieces of equipment that cover the entire custom mat production process. From raw vinyl to the cured piece, ready to package. Each step with its own machine, no improvisation and no relying on third parties along the way.
Blender
Maintains quality from the first to the last rug of the day.
Your factory starts here
It’s not a standalone piece of equipment: it’s a complete line, designed as a whole. Installation, team training, supply replenishment, and support from the people who manufactured each machine. You receive it, turn it on, and within the same month you’re already producing under your brand.
Printing system developed for the production of customized rugs, ensuring print quality, color accuracy, productivity, and scalability.
7 pieces of equipment
The Complete Ekossistema
Each piece of equipment handles one step and they were all designed to work together. The mat goes in raw and comes out painted, detailed, with the edge recessed and the paint cured. Ready to ship.
CNC for Carpet Painting
Applies artwork with machine precision. Piece 1 and piece 500 come out identical, with no variation in the lines between them.
UV printer
High-tech UV curing: fixes the pigment instantly on any fiber. Gradients, photos, or fine lines, with no setup.
Paint Mixer Shelf
Keeps the paint homogeneous, with no settled pigment at the bottom of the container. The color of the first mat of the day is the same as the last.
Detail Table
Where the human eye comes in. Detail correction, fine-tuning, and a final check before the piece moves on.
Cleaning Station
Cleaning nozzles, tools, and components. A clean machine is a machine that doesn’t stop and doesn’t contaminate the color.
Edge Grinding Machine
It lowers the edge of the rug. A finish that lies flat on the floor, with no raised edge and no risk of tripping.
Oven OvenKap®
It cures the ink. The carpet comes out of the oven ready to be folded, packaged, and sent for delivery on the same day.

Still have questions?
Frequently asked questions
I’ve never worked in industry. Can I handle this without experience?
Yes, and that is precisely why Ekossistema is not a list of machines. The equipment comes together with production methods, training for your team, product development, technical support, and the transfer of commercial know-how. Kapazi has already overcome the technical, production, and sales challenges of this market, and the system exists specifically to shorten that path. Production is standardized from end to end, which means less dependence on specialized labor: the machine ensures consistency, while your team handles inspection and finishing.
What products can I manufacture, and who buys them?
The line covers outdoor entrance mats (scraper, heavy-duty, and with drainage), indoor mats (entrance, promotional, office, and retail), and runners for entrances and hallways. With the OvenKap oven, you can also produce the CleanKap, a customized foot-drying mat that is normally sold together with the vinyl mat and increases the order value of the same proposal. On the other side are stores, shopping centers, franchises, offices, reception areas, restaurants, hotels, commercial buildings, schools, and hospitals. It is a product that combines cleanliness, safety, and branding: required by function, chosen for the brand. And because it undergoes wear and tear, it generates repeat sales—the customer you win once comes back to buy again.
What space and infrastructure do I need?
Covered area, level flooring, and power points sized for each piece of equipment—for example, the UV machine operates at 220V. There is also a requirement that almost no one anticipates: the UV machine operates between 18°C and 28°C with relative humidity between 40% and 60%. In practice, the printing room needs to be climate-controlled and monitored; it cannot just be any corner of the warehouse. Before preparing any proposal, the specialist surveys your space and provides a layout showing the dimensions of each machine, the clearance between them, and the required electrical points. If the warehouse cannot accommodate the entire line today, the layout shows what can be installed now and where the rest will fit later.
Do I need to buy all seven pieces of equipment at once?
No. The core of the operation is the PrintKap X2 printer, which applies the artwork to the mat; the airbrush station and paint mixer are there to keep the printing consistent, clean, and color-stable. The edge-recessing table and detailing table are used for finishing. The OvenKap oven opens up the CleanKap line. And the UV machine expands the portfolio to photographic artwork and CMYK plus white, at up to 3,600 DPI, putting you in the high-end promotional and visual communications market. You can start with the core and grow step by step; the specialist will design a setup within today’s budget and show what each additional piece of equipment delivers in terms of new products and productivity.
How much does it cost, and how long does it take to pay for itself?
The cost depends on which equipment is included and how each one is configured, so the proposal is prepared on a case-by-case basis. The return, however, has four components, not one. Margin: you stop buying ready-made parts and start producing them. Working capital: by printing on demand, you no longer need to stock mats in every color, freeing up money tied up in inventory. Raw materials: production reduces waste and turns scraps that were previously lost into products. And labor, because standardized production requires fewer people and less specialization. Add the four together and multiply by your monthly volume—that’s what the line returns each month.
Do I have to buy paint and vinyl from Kapazi?
Ink and material are not accessories to the system; they are part of it. The inks were developed specifically for logo entrance mats, offering high durability, indoor and outdoor use, a standardized color system, and optimized consumption, while the printable vinyl comes in 10 mm and 14 mm AT. This calibrated combination is what ensures consistent color from one batch to the next and delivers the durability the end customer expects. Switching to generic supplies disrupts the standardization—which is precisely what you are buying. And because the supplies come directly from the manufacturer, you buy without intermediaries or import delays.
If the machine breaks down, how long will I be out of action?
A good share of breakdowns never happen because prevention is built into the line itself: the airbrush station keeps the PrintKap X2 airbrushes clean and extends their service life, while the mixer keeps the paint homogeneous in a sealed can, with no settled pigment and an extended shelf life. When a problem does arise, Kapazi’s support is technical support—not a third-party call center—and the people handling it know the machine inside out. Replacement parts come from the same factory that assembled the equipment, with no container shipment in between. Your team also finishes training knowing the daily maintenance procedures, which prevent most service calls.
Will Kapazi be competing for the same customers as me?
Ekossistema exists precisely to bring production closer to the end customer; local production is the term Kapazi itself uses to define the model. A factory in Almirante Tamandaré does not serve your city with on-site visits, samples in hand, and short delivery times; the company with an installed production line does. That is why Kapazi operates with two industrial plants, three distribution centers, a presence in 12 countries, and more than 12,000 partners: the model is based on broad reach, not competition. Service and territory rules are agreed upon in writing before closing the deal.
