Each 20 kg bag covers an average of 1.7 kg per square meter per millimeter of thickness, with layers of up to 10 mm per coat and up to 30 mm in total, using Primer Inkor between coats. Prepare the substrate
The surface must be clean, dry, and free of dust, oil, and grease. Screeds must have cured for at least 14 days and concrete for at least 28 days. Polished surfaces must be sanded until all gloss has been removed. Repair cracks and fissures before application. Ceramic and porcelain tiles must be completely clean and free of wax. If vinyl or wood flooring has been removed, completely remove any adhesive residue from the substrate.

Apply Inkor Primer
Applying Inkor Primer before the self-leveling mortar is mandatory. On highly absorbent surfaces, apply additional coats. Without primer, substrate absorption may compromise adhesion and cause debonding.

Prepare the mortar
Mix the 20 kg bag with 4.2 liters of clean water (tolerance of up to 5%). Use a clean, watertight container. Mix mechanically with a metal paddle attached to a professional drill or with an electric mixer, at the highest possible speed, for at least 5 minutes. For large volumes, use mechanical mixers with an attached pump. Incorrect water dosage directly compromises the product's strength and quality.

Apply the mortar
Apply the prepared material within a maximum of 20 minutes after mixing to prevent loss of flowability and the formation of joints. Pour the mortar onto the prepared surface and allow its high flowability to spread it automatically by gravity, creating a smooth, uniform layer. The maximum thickness per coat is up to 10 mm.

Application in multiple coats
If a thickness greater than 10 mm is required, apply Inkor Primer between coats. The maximum total thickness is 30 mm.

Allow to cure
Keep the area well ventilated throughout curing. Do not use wet or chemical curing. Protect the applied surface from sun, wind, rain, and moisture. Do not leave the self-leveling mortar exposed; cover it with flooring, paint, or resin as soon as the specified release times have been met.
