Newclick Click Vinyl Flooring
SKU: PVIRPNOG59
Changing the floor without breaking anything is no longer just a promise: Newclick is Kapazi’s SPC vinyl flooring with a floating click-lock system that installs directly over ceramic tile, granite, or an existing subfloor, with no glue, adhesive, or debris. The 4 mm rigid SPC core, made of limestone powder and resins, provides greater dimensional stability than conventional flexible LVT flooring, better tolerates minor subfloor irregularities, and withstands the temperature and humidity variations of everyday use. The 1 mm IXPE underlay is already integrated into each plank, eliminating the need to purchase underlay separately, reducing footfall noise, and providing genuine thermal comfort when walking.
With a 0.5 mm wear layer and an ABNT NBR 14917 Class 33 – Heavy Commercial rating, Newclick is suitable for both residential renovations and commercial spaces with moderate traffic, such as offices and stores. The 18 x 122 cm planks are available in five colors — Nogueira, Carvalho, Ipê, Freijó, and Cedro — with patterns that reproduce Brazilian and international woods for contemporary and rustic designs. If you need to change the space, the click-lock system allows you to disassemble and reuse the planks in another room, making every square meter an investment that goes wherever you go.

Check the subfloor
The base must be clean, dry, firm, and level. The maximum permitted variation is 5 mm over 3 meters. Accepted substrates: screed, ceramic tile, granite, and porcelain tile. Do not install over carpets, cushioned flooring, or existing floating floors.

Assess the underfloor heating, if applicable
If the room has underfloor heating, turn off the system 24 hours before installation. Keep it off throughout installation and for the following 24 hours. The operating temperature must not exceed 30 °C.

Position the spacers
Place spacers at least 6 mm thick along all walls, pillars, and fixed elements to ensure the necessary expansion gap.
4
Start fitting the planks
Fit the planks using the tongue-and-groove system by inserting the end of one plank into the profile of the other at an angle and lowering it until you hear the locking click. Use the tapping block and rubber mallet to ensure a complete fit without damaging the edges.

Make the necessary cuts
For simple cuts, mark the measurement with a pencil and straightedge, deepen the cut with the utility knife, and snap the plank over the edge of a straight surface. For cuts around obstacles, use the utility knife carefully.
6
Check expansion in large areas
In rooms larger than 400 m² or longer than 20 m, install expansion profiles to accommodate floor expansion.
7
Remove the spacers and install the baseboards
After completing installation, remove all spacers. Install baseboards or finishing profiles to cover the expansion joint. Baseboards must be fixed to the wall, never to the floating floor.

Routine cleaning
Maintenance is simple and does not require waxing, polishing, or periodic treatments. Regular cleaning with basic equipment is sufficient to keep the surface in good condition.
Place doormats at entrances to reduce the amount of sand and abrasive dirt brought inside. Protect furniture and chair feet with felt pads to prevent scratches on the surface.
