H-Kap Wet-Area Flooring
SKU: 293413
Wet floors don’t have to be synonymous with tension. H-Kap is a PVC roll covering developed by Kapazi for environments where water is constantly present: pool edges, changing rooms, saunas, bathrooms, gyms, and industrial kitchens. With a thickness of 5 mm and a weight of 3.76 kg/m², its slip-resistant surface reduces the risk of falls even on waterlogged floors, while the antifungal treatment integrated into the material actively inhibits fungi and bacteria, keeping the environment more hygienic without extra effort. The roll, measuring 1.20 m wide and 15 m long, covers 18 m² and can be cut with a utility knife to fit any corner or irregularity.

Prepare the surface
Make sure the surface where the flooring will be installed is clean, dry, and level. Remove any dirt, sand, or residue that could compromise adhesion and the roll’s proper positioning.
|
|
2
|
Unroll the roll over the area
Position the roll at the starting point of the area and progressively unroll it over the surface. No glue, adhesive, or special tools are required: the material’s own weight keeps the flooring in place.

Make the necessary cuts
To fit the flooring around corners, columns, or irregular edges, use a utility knife or scissors. Mark the cut with a ruler before cutting to ensure precision.

Check the installation
After positioning and cutting, check that the flooring is flat and free of folds. If necessary, the roll can be removed and repositioned without damaging the material or the surface.

Routine cleaning
Floor cleaning is simple and can be done with commonly used equipment, without the need for specialized products.
Recommended frequency
The use of solvents, thinner, alcohol, or alkaline detergents may degrade the PVC and compromise the product's slip-resistant and antifungal properties. Always use neutral products.
