S-Kap Wet-Area Flooring
SKU: 1601AZUL
A wet floor doesn’t have to be synonymous with tension. S-Kap is a PVC roll flooring developed by Kapazi for environments where water is constantly present: pool edges, locker rooms, saunas, bathrooms, gyms, and industrial kitchens. With a thickness of 6 mm and antifungal treatment integrated into the material itself, it reduces the risk of falls on waterlogged surfaces and actively inhibits fungi and bacteria, keeping the environment more hygienic without extra effort.
Installation requires no glue, adhesive, or specialized labor: simply unroll it over a clean, level surface, cut it with a utility knife where necessary, and the material’s own weight—approximately 56 kg per 18 m² roll—keeps it in place. It can be removed and repositioned whenever needed without leaving residue. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use, S-Kap withstands exposure to rain and solar radiation without deforming or losing its color, and is available in blue, gray, black, and beige.

Prepare the surface
Make sure the surface where the roll will be installed is clean, dry, and level.
|
|
2
|
Position the roll correctly
Always install the roll in a vertical position. Horizontal installation is not recommended, as it may cause the material to tear.
|
|
3
|
Unroll it over the surface
Unroll the roll over the prepared surface. The material’s own weight ensures adhesion, so no glue or adhesive is needed.

Make the necessary cuts
For adjustments around corners, edges, or irregularities, cut the material with a utility knife or scissors to fit the shape of the space.

Routine cleaning
Floor cleaning is simple and does not require special products. For daily maintenance, a damp cloth with mild detergent is sufficient. For more thorough cleaning, water and mild soap or a pressure washer are the recommended options.
Using solvents, thinner, alcohol, or alkaline detergents degrades the PVC and compromises the product's anti-slip and antifungal properties. Cleaning frequency should be proportional to the volume of traffic and the level of humidity in the environment.
