Antifungal, hypoallergenic, and UV-protected, it features an integrated drainage system that quickly channels rainwater away, keeping the surface dry and ready for use. Ideal for residential gardens, pool surrounds, playgrounds, and condominium green areas where the grass needs to withstand the daily use of people moving through the space.
Available in a 2 m × 25 m roll, covering 50 m² in a single piece, with a weight of 1.55 kg/m². Recyclable material, with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Prepare the surface
The surface must be clean, dry, and level. It can be installed over concrete, cement, ceramic tile, compacted gravel, wood, or natural soil. Remove stones, roots, and uneven areas before beginning. In uncovered outdoor areas, ensure a minimum slope of 1% so rainwater drains properly.

Calculate the area
Measure the area to be covered and add a 10% allowance for cuts and adjustments. Each roll covers 50 m² (2 m × 25 m). The roll has a fixed width of 2 meters—in larger areas, plan the seams in advance to avoid waste.

Unroll and position
Unroll the grass over the surface and position it according to the desired layout. Make sure all the blades point in the same direction for a uniform, natural appearance.

|
Make the cuts
Use a utility knife and metal ruler to cut to the required measurements. Always cut from the backing side (base), never through the blades. This ensures clean edges and prevents fraying.

Secure the grass
For permanent installation, use contact adhesive specifically for synthetic grass or fixing staples along the edges. Over natural soil, secure it with metal pins, eliminating the need for a subfloor. For seams between sections, use specialized seaming tape on the backing and align the blades in the same direction so the joint is invisible.

|
Brush the blades
After installation, brush the grass with a soft-bristled broom against the direction in which the blades lie to lift them and add volume to the product. This final step ensures the garden has a natural, uniform appearance.
|
Routine cleaning
Landscaping grass is exposed to outdoor conditions—rain, wind, leaves, sun, and light foot traffic. Cleaning is simple and infrequent, but periodically brushing the blades is essential to maintain their upright position and the grass’s natural appearance over time.
Recommended frequency
Kapazi landscaping grass has antifungal treatment and UV protection. With regular cleaning and brushing, it maintains its natural appearance and performance for more than 10 years under standard outdoor use.
Beautiful like a garden. Easy as ever.
